We perform full system backups daily and keep the copies for 7-10 days. We save all databases and files of your website. We also perform mail backups weekly.

If necessary, we can look in our backups to retrieve your website files and databases, however we would charge some fees to perform the search and files recovery.

Please note: We can't guarantee that the files that we recover are the most recent version of your website.

Good practice: A customer should maintain backups of his/her own website on his/her own computer.
